Sequora Studies ("Sequora," "we," "us") is a study-tracking service operated by Findrum Technologies. Findrum Technologies is not yet a formally registered legal entity — Sequora Studies is currently operated as an individual venture. This section will be updated once registration is complete.
By creating an account or using Sequora Studies, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sequora Studies. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of your use of the service.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Sequora offers a free tier and three paid tiers (Basic, Plus, Pro), billed monthly or every 6 months. Payment is currently collected manually via bKash — you send the listed amount to our published bKash number and submit the transaction ID through the app. Plans are activated within 24 hours of a successful payment being verified.
We are not a licensed payment processor. bKash transactions are between you and bKash / the receiving account; we only verify and record them for the purpose of activating your subscription.
All payments are final once a plan is activated. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below within 7 days of payment.

Sequora includes AI-generated features (study advice, question generation, source suggestions) powered by third-party AI models. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use it as a study aid, not as a substitute for your syllabus, teachers, or official exam board materials. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of the study data you enter (subjects, topics, notes, papers, errors). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from the app's Toolkit tab.
We aim to keep Sequora available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Sequora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
